I recently traveled here for a conference. The front desk staff was having some technical difficulties when I arrived. They were friendly and remained poised. They were accommodating to me for a separate issue and I was so appreciative. The room was clean and comfortable. I felt safe here and felt safe having my personal vehicle parked here. The food was wonderful and flavorful. The gentleman that served the conference was just that, a gentleman. He was attentive to the attendees' needs and extremely polite. I would definitely stay here again.

We had an excellent stay. The hotel is very nice, with clean rooms and a modern/updated design overall. The breakfast was tasty; they even made my wife's eggs to accommodate her daily allergy. There are plenty of dinner options and some great pizza and mexican within walking distance. They also have cribs and brought one up to our room. Highly recommended.

Location is good, very close to everything and right off the highway which is very convenient. Beautiful hotel inside, but rooms don’t reflect that in my opinion. Front desk staff is ok, maintenance team was very efficient, however housekeeping can use improvement. We were switched rooms after checking in because the bathroom was dirty. The second room was dusty, hair everywhere, and had a faulty microwave. Complimentary evening reception, breakfast buffet, and parking were nice. Overall, though the hotel has many perks, room cleanliness is really important, so I probably wouldn’t stay here again at the regular rate.
